Escrow & Real Estate Closings Charge: $150(+) Single Loan Closing (15 miles of travel included), $1 for mileage fee per mile beyond included 15 miles $35 Additional related (Piggy back loan) loan closing $100 for Additional unrelated loan closing at same location $25 for printing of electronic documents (up to 200 pages) $0.25 for printing additional pages (per page) $20 for fax up to 15 pages $100 for travel and non-closing fee (this fee is due if notary travels to location and borrower refuses to sign) $35 for cancellation fee applied with 2 hours or less.
