Budget Consultation is the process of discussing an individual, organizational or business operational budget and receiving feedback from a financial professional.

 

With individuals, the requirements may include the monthly income and personal/household expenses. 

 

With Organizations and Businesses, the requirements may include (but are not limited to) revenue, payroll, travel expense, equipment purchases, facility operational expenses, supplies and materials, etc.  

 

Kharismatically Kim Professional Services, LLC also assist with the development of organizational Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) which are unique per organization/business needs/requirements.

Budget Preparation / Formulation:

The act of drafting a request and receiving approval for the individual, organizational and/or business annual budgetary requirements. Depending on the financial system, the approved funding is set and locked. 

Budget Execution Monitoring:

The act of reviewing (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually) for scheduling accuracy and/or discrepancies. Individuals and/or organizations may wish to track budgetary expenses via secure financial systems and/or worksheets.

Trending Analysis:

The act of measuring  the execution performance of annual budgets from previous fiscal or annual years (usually a 5-year span, but may vary by organization).
