Kharismatically Kim Professional Services, LLC is owned and operated by Kimberly Roberts, a native of New Orleans, LA, proud
United States Army Veteran, and active member of the National Notary Association; Commissioned and Bonded. With a Business Degree and 24 year federal government career in Budget and Finance (Resource Management), she is looking to provide exceptional services, such as Notary Public, Notary Signing Agent and Budget Consultation for individuals, Organizations, and Small Businesses.

Kimberly graduated from Marion Abramson Senior High school located in New Orleans, LA. After graduation, she enlisted into the United States Army where she attended Basic Training at Fort Jackson, SC; followed by Advanced Individual Training (AIT) at
Fort Lee, VA where she became a Automatic Logistical Specialist (92A). Her military career took her to multiple duty stations where she proudly serviced: 209th Military Police Company (Fort McClellan, AL) where her unit was deployed as a first response team to Fort McPherson, GA for the 1996 Centennial Olympic Park bombing during the Summer Olympics; 236th Medical Company, Air Ambulance (Landstuhl, Germany) where her unit deployed in 1998 to Bosnia; HHC 1-244th Aviation Battalion LAARNG
(New Orleans, LA) where her unit was deployed to Iraq in 2003 in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom. Honorably discharged in 2004, Kimberly ended her career receiving several awards: Army Service Ribbon, Army Achievement Medal, Army Good Conduct Medals, Joint Meritorious Unit Award, and National Defense Medal.

In 2000, Kimberly began her career at the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in New Orleans, LA, then transferred to the Galveston, TX District in 2005 after Hurricane Katrina devastated Coastal Louisiana. Determined to advance within her career, she enrolled in and successfully obtained an Associate of Arts in Business (2007) and Bachelor of Science in Management (2010) degrees from University of Phoenix. She's currently the Lead Budget Analyst for the Resource Management Office at USACE and is working towards a Masters of Business Administration.

Kimberly is also the Owner of Kharismatic Travel Services, LLC, an active member of Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Inc. where she served as Director, Budget Formulation and Execution, under the leadership of the National Treasurer (2015-2020). She served as 3rd Vice President (2009-2015) and Treasurer (2019-2021) for AFGE, Local 0033. She is a former Boots 2 Business Moderator for She VETS It (a female veteran organization). Actively serving in these capacities allow her to do what she loves, which is giving back to the community. 

In 2019, Kimberly decided to become a Notary Public for the State of Texas. That following year, she then fulfilled her dreams of entrepreneurship by starting her own notary and budget/financial consulting business "Kharismatically Kim Professional Services, LLC". 

Business Mission: Kharismatically Kim Professional Services, LLC provides professional Notary Public and Budget Consultation services to individuals, organizations and Small Businesses. As a Commissioned and Bonded Notary Public servicing the State of Texas, we provide: Notary Public, eNotary, Remote Notary, Mobile Notary, and Notary Signing Agent services. Our Budget Consultation services aim to provide individuals, organizations, and Small Businesses with the development, monitoring and execution of their financial accounts according to personal needs and/or operational guidance.
