$6 for first signature of each individual $1 for each additional signature $6 for administering an oath or affirmation $0.50 for taking a deposition of witness, for each 100 words $6 swearing a witness to a deposition $4 for protesting a bill or note $1 for each additional notice of protest $4 for protesting in all other cases $6 for certified copy (copies not included, must be made by the notary) $0.50 for uncertified copy of an entry from a notary’s record book (per page) $6 for all notarial acts not provided for Travel: $25 for travel plus mileage $1 for milage (each mile) $30 for after-hours (6 pm to 9 pm, 6 am - 9 am, and weekends) $60 for late night or emergency (9 pm to 6 am) Location Charges: $50 for Hospitals and Nursing Homes (30 minutes at location) $100 for Jails and Detention Centers (1 hour at location) $45 for excessive wait time per hour (more than 30 minutes at location) $75 DFW Airport Terminal fee
